ABCWV Young Professionals Mission Statement

The ABCWV Young Professionals (YP) program was established to develop the next generation of leaders, and to encourage networking among the "best and brightest" up-and-comers in construction.  Young professionals include active and prospective ABC member company employees who are under the age of 40.  Membership is free.

ABC is the leading force in the construction industry for workforce development, education, leadership and professional development.  For Young Professionals, that means offering networking, education and charitable opportunties to help the next generation of leaders excel in the construction industry.  We will strive to create awareness of, and strengthen, the core principles of the merit shop philosophy to ensure the viability and growth of future leadership within ABC and the construction industry.
